Just brief post to update you on the site. Right now as I’m still constructing my website I’ll be alternating between creating posts, like this one, and building pages for the site. This week I’m planning on launching a couple of different pages. One page is live right now, “Currently Reading.” A pretty basic name, I know. If anyone has a snappier suggestion, let me know in the comments. On this page you will find exactly what is advertised, the books I’m reading. I’ve put there a brief synopsis of the book, some initial thoughts, and an Amazon Affiliate link for you to use if you’d like to order your own copy. (Amazon affiliate links give a small percentage of the purchase back to affiliates, for books its something like 4-10%. Maybe one day in the future they will help cover the cost of the website.)
Some other pages I’m also toying with are adding a page for our parish’s Book Club (not fully convinced of this quite yet), a page with my social media/amazon links, and at some point a gallery page (though that is a long ways off). Anyway, I just wanted to bring you up to speed that I’m alternating my time over these next few weeks between creating or designing pages and writing posts. So even if you don’t see a new post pop up be sure to look around the site you might just find something new!
